The 2013 Super Bowl brought us great commercials, they made us laugh, cry and scream (thanks GoDaddy). Some ads worked well and some we’ll forget by tomorrow. Take a look at a few of the best commercials.
Audi- Prom Kid
You always have to root for the under dog and Audi let you do just that with their super bowl commercial. Think you’re going to have the most miserable prom? We’ll just get your dad to lend you his Audi=confidence and bravery!
Hyundai – Go Get Your Own Team
If I only had these type of friends during a play ground battle, I would have been the queen of the sandbox. Everyone can relate to this commercial unless you were the one giving kids wedges. Hyundai nailed it this Super Bowl with multiple commercials that highlighted their product and sense of humor.
Best Buy-Ask Amy
I love Amy and 50 shades of gray, but it’s still not enough to get me to go to Best Buy. Nice attempt though.
Coke Creative Contest
Believe it or not, I actually participated in this goofy contest to see who gets to the Coke first. I did vote for the show girls but never watched to see who own…my curiosity died after their website lagged for 10 mins. Guess they weren’t prepared for online traffic.
Calvin Klein-oh yes
I would like to give this 3 thumbs up, it was my favorite of all Super Bowl commercials. If you’re confused why, please watch the video again.
GoDaddy-Beauty and Nerd Combo
If you’re looking to scary any person young or old, you did it GoDaddy. Scare tactics in advertising never die, they just get more creative.
Taco Bell-Old People Escaping
Taco Bell told a story of a gang of old nursing home friends acting young and demonstrated youth as a mindset but failed to deliver a strong message about their specific product.
Budweiser-Bond Between Friends
Budweiser delivered a fantastic and touching story all within just 60 seconds. Many people rated this commercial low due to it’s lack of effective message. However it was memorable and built the brand.
